For 54 years, YouthCARE has shown up for kids and families when it matters most: in the playground, on the sidelines, and in some of life's most challenging moments. Today that looks like 450 chaplains and 1,300 volunteers caring for 260,000 people across WA each year. Now we're building something new: a role dedicated entirely to telling that story, and turning everyone who hears it into a partner in the mission.
The Opportunity
This is a brand new seat at the executive leadership table. It's a chance to build, from the ground up, how Western Australia gets to know and love YouthCARE.
You'll be the creative engine behind our story. The portfolio is substantial: marketing, fundraising, partnerships, church relationships and the events that bring people together around our mission, and it's yours to shape.
Working alongside the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you'll bring the big ideas and the follow through to make them stick.
Who You Are
You see a good story everywhere. In a donor's note, a chaplain's Tuesday, a packed out community event. And you know how to tell it so people know it, feel it, and put it into action.
You love building things. Systems, relationships and campaigns. You think strategically and you’re just as comfortable pitching an idea to the CEO as you are chatting with a pastor after church or working through a spreadsheet of partnership data.
You bring people together. Donors, churches, sponsors, staff. You make them feel like they're part of something bigger than themselves, because they are.
Keen to help WA fall in love with YouthCARE?
If you’ve spent your career building trust, sparking generosity and getting people passionate about a shared cause, we’d love to meet you.
